Misia is located in Rocca Ripesena, in the Umbrian countryside approximately 10 minutes from Orvieto.
The village is easy to reach by car, but there is one important detail: depending on your starting point, some navigation apps may suggest an unpaved route through the vineyards.
We recommend following Misia’s official paved route.
Arriving by car
From the Orvieto exit of the A1 motorway, Misia is approximately 10 minutes away. All normal cars and SUVs can reach the property.
When you arrive, you can stop close to Misia to unload your luggage and then leave your car in the free parking area approximately 50 metres away.
Important navigation note
Some navigation apps may suggest an unpaved country road depending on the direction you are coming from. This is not the recommended route. Please use the paved route indicated in our official Google Maps directions.
Arriving by train
Orvieto is well connected by train. From Orvieto railway station, Misia can be reached by taxi or transfer.
If you intend to explore the surrounding countryside, Civita di Bagnoregio and other nearby destinations independently, we recommend having a car during your stay. Taxi or transfer can be arranged on request.
Late arrival
Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us before arrival so that we can organise the easiest check-in for you.
